Where We Ship
We ship from Sydney, Australia to New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and many other international destinations.
Shipping Options & Costs
Australia & New Zealand Express Shipping: $10 AUD (arrives in 1-4 business days)
International
FedEx International: $20 AUD (arrives in 2-5 business days)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected option. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Processing Your Order
Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email right away. We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. You'll get a second email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
Tracking Your Package
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your order's journey. Note that tracking info may take a few hours to appear after your order ships.
Important Shipping Notes
P.O. Boxes: We can't deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a street address.
International Destinations: We currently ship to United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Mexico, Cook Islands, Fiji, New Caledonia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, U.S. Outlying Islands, and Vanuatu.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties based on your country's regulations. These charges aren't included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office if you have questions.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We pack every order carefully, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@miselabel.com and we'll help sort it out. Please note that once your order leaves our warehouse, we can't be held responsible for carrier delays or issues during transit.
